Liquor License Board Approves ANC 3B Petition to Maintain Liquor License Moratorium, Increase Number of Licenses by Two

Hyperlocal Glover Park reports that on April 11, ABRA “extended Glover Park’s liquor license moratorium for three years, as requested by Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3B. The extension includes two changes suggested by the ANC and endorsed by the Glover Park Citizens’ Association: that the limit on CR licenses, which allow restaurants to serve beer, wine, and spirits, be raised from 12 to 14; and that the limit on Class B licenses, which allow grocery stores to sell beer and wine, be ended.”
