Jackie has served on the Commission since 2009, focusing on a wide range of issues. She served as Chairman from 2014-2017. Previously she was the President of the Glover Park Citizens’ Association for three terms. She works as a direct-mail fundraising consultant.

Melissa is a staff associate for information management in geosciences at the National Science Foundation. She has a degree in political science from American University and an MA in science and technology from George Washington University. She previously served on ANC 3B in a number of different roles from 2002-2010 and is a past President of the Glover Park Citizens’ Association (GPCA). Currently, she is also one of the primary organizers of GPCA’s signature annual event, Glover Park Day.
