What’s happening in Glover Park?

Hyperlocal Glover Park has all the news on the commercial strip:  Kitchen, at 2404 Wisconsin Ave., is now closed, and in its place will be Slate, a new wine bar and bistro.    It looks like there another liquor license open for a new restaurant on Wisconsin Ave., as the owner of the license attached to the long-closed Margarita’s restaurant has failed to show at a key ABRA hearing.   Sprig & Sprout, a new pho restaurant, will have a soft opening in September, and a grand opening later in the fall.  And is SweetGreen coming to Glover Park?  “Eventually,” says the restaurant’s owner.
