ANC 3B Asks ABRA to Review “Substantial Change” in JP’s Proposed Operations

On March 27, 2013, Commissioner Jackie Blumenthal, on behalf of ANC 3B, asked ABRA to review JPs proposed building plans and plans of operation to determine if they represent a “substantial change” in operations.  A substantial change finding by ABRA would result in additional steps in the permitting process and additional opportunity for community input.  A copy of the letter can be found here.
