On June 12, 2014, ANC 3B met to discuss a zoning exception request for development of new condominium projects at 3915 and 3919 Fulton St. NW, and heard extensive discussion from the developer and from interested neighbors. ANC 3B took no position on the request at this meeting, and the developer and neighbors agreed to meet to discuss ways to address concerns about the project.
The Board of Zoning Adjustments is meeting to discuss the request for an exception by the developer on June 24, 2014. ANC 3B will hold a special meeting on June 23, 2014 to vote on whether to approve or disapprove of this exception.
No other items will be on the agenda.
