Resolution Opposing Drastic Cuts to 2015-2016 Wilson High Funding

On April 10, 2015, ANC3B voted to approve a resolution to advise the Chancellor of the D.C. Public Schools to restore $900,000 to the Wilson High School budget for the 2015-2016 school year, following the request of Ward 3 Councilmember Mary Cheh, in order to avoid a 10 percent reduction in per pupil funding and ensure that faculty and class size can be maintained at a level necessary to continue supporting high quality educational programs at the school for students from throughout the city.
